About the job Key Responsibilities Travel with the founder to visit hospitals, medical colleges, pathology departments, laboratories, and research institutions in Mumbai. Help identify potential customers such as deans, HODs, pathology professors, lab managers, purchase departments, and hospital administrators. Support product demonstrations of automated microscopy and whole-slide scanning solutions. Speak with doctors, faculty members, technicians, and administrators to understand their current microscopy workflow and challenges. Help explain PiVector Labs' solution simply and professionally. Take notes during customer meetings and capture key requirements, objections, feedback, and follow-up actions. Maintain a list of leads, contacts, meeting notes, and follow-ups in a simple CRM or spreadsheet. Call, message, and email prospective customers to schedule meetings and product demos. Follow up with leads after visits and help move interested prospects toward the next discussion. Help collect market feedback on pricing, use cases, competitor products, and customer pain points. Assist in preparing basic sales material, brochures, quotations, and demo checklists. Coordinate with the founder before and after each visit to plan outreach and next steps. Represent PiVector Labs professionally during field visits, exhibitions, demos, and customer meetings. Learn about automated microscopy, pathology workflows, medical college requirements, and customer buying processes over time.

Other requirements No prior experience required. Comfortable traveling locally across Mumbai for customer visits. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Marathi is a plus. Confident speaking with doctors, professors, lab staff, and administrators. Willing to learn technical products and explain them clearly. Organized, punctual, and disciplined with follow-ups. Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets, and basic online research. Energetic, trustworthy, and interested in building a career in sales, business development, or medical technology.
Salary Salary during probation: After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 5,50,000 /year Annual CTC breakup:
Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 - 1,50,000 /year
