About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Work on strategy, including market sizing, competitive research, and go-to-market analysis. Support decision-making on pricing, channel strategy, and pilot expansion planning.

1. Assist in product activities, including product definition, user feedback synthesis, and feature prioritisation. Translate field insights into product improvements.

1. Support operations by tracking daily activities such as bookings, caregiver deployment, shift completion, and issue resolution. Identify process gaps and help improve workflows.

1. Work on partnerships by researching and initiating conversations with hospital discharge desks, RWAs, insurance partners, and channel distributors. Prepare outreach materials, manage follow-ups, and coordinate meetings end-to-end.

1. Support fundraising by building and managing investor pipelines, coordinating outreach and follow-ups, preparing diligence materials, and tracking conversations with funds and angel investors.
