This is a full-time, on-site role that offers hands-on exposure to business development, customer engagement, market research, and sales operations within the fast-growing fintech ecosystem.Key Responsibilities
- Support lead generation activities by identifying and qualifying potential customers.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and messaging platforms to engage prospects.
- Perform market research on competitors, lenders, customer segments, and industry trends.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless lead handovers.
- Assist in planning and executing outreach and engagement campaigns.
- Track performance metrics and contribute ideas to improve conversion rates and operational efficiency.
- Support day-to-day business development and customer communication activities.Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest or experience in lead generation, prospecting, and customer outreach.
- Ability to conduct and synthesize market and competitor research.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, presentations, CRM platforms, or lead-tracking tools is preferred.
- Strong interest in fintech, lending, or financial services and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.What We Offer
