Gyrfalcon is an Australian company building a modern Uni-to-Corporate Accelerator for ambitious university students in India.
We help students step inside real professional environments, strengthen their commercial skills and gain meaningful international exposure through structured training and practical experience.
We are building the company from Bengaluru in a fast-moving startup environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real responsibility, close access to the founders and the opportunity to grow quickly.
About the internship: We are looking for a sharp, creative and highly resourceful Founder's Office Intern to help grow the Gyrfalcon brand.
Marketing is the first priority. You will create content, manage social-media channels and help us communicate with a university-student audience in a way that feels current, credible and engaging.
You will also speak with prospective applicants and support outreach to universities. This is not a passive internship or a role built around observation. You will be trusted with meaningful work from day one and encouraged to take ownership.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
A. Marketing and social media:
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
Help plan and manage Gyrfalcon's social media calendar, including content ideas, scripts, captions, posting schedules, and community engagement.
Shoot and edit clean, engaging videos that feel relevant to university students.
Track content performance and identify which formats, messages, and campaigns are generating results.
Monitor social media trends and translate them into ideas that suit the Gyrfalcon brand.
B. AI-enabled execution:
Use AI tools extensively to improve research, ideation, content planning, copywriting, lead follow-ups, and day-to-day execution.
