The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest service, supervising service staff, coordinating with the kitchen team, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily Food & Beverage service operations.
• Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
• Lead and guide stewards, waiters, and service associates during shifts.
• Take guest orders and assist in service whenever required.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
• Monitor table setup, restaurant cleanliness, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
• Train and mentor team members on service procedures and guest handling.
• Assist in banquet and event operations when required.
• Maintain inventory of service equipment and report shortages or damages.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and service goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 12th Pass; Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
• 25 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service, preferably in hotels or upscale restaurants.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in handling guest interactions and service teams.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
