Core Objectives:
- Zero Latency Scheduling: Ensure every "Schedule a Visit" request is handled within 10 minutes.
- High Attendance Rate: Minimize "No-Shows" through strategic confirmation loops.
- Logistical Optimization: Grouping tours efficiently to ensure the Sales Executives at the property are prepared and not overwhelmed.
Key responsibilities
- The Bridge Call: Once a lead is qualified by the Lead Coordinator, the Flow Manager initiates a "Hype & Schedule" call/chat. They don't just book a time; they plan the experience of the visit.
- Calendar Mastery: Managing the shared calendars between the customers and the on-site Sales Executives.
- Pre-Tour Briefing: Sending the customer the "Visit Packet" (Location pin, contact person at the site, and a "What to expect" teaser).
- The 2-Hour Pulse: A mandatory check-in 2 hours before the tour to confirm the customer is on track.

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 /month (only for freshers) After probation:
