Role and Responsibility of Fire and Safety officer

Safety & Fire officer / HSE officer

Monitoring the compliances of Environment, Health & Safety related statutory requirements and internal EHS standards. Waste water analysis COD, BOD, TDS, TSS etc.¬ Imparting awareness training to staff¬ & Workers on, Energy conservation practices, and Contractors safety. Investigation of accidents and incidents to minimize recurrence.¬ Performing the job hazard analysis.¬ Successful handling of E.T.P, S.T,P¬ & softening plant

Safety Audits, Job Safety Analysis, Hazard Identification¬ & Risk Assessment. Conducting Fire Fighting, Emergency Preparedness and other Safety Training Programs to aware employees.¬

Specialties: Handle effluent treatment plant successfully ( physical, chemical & biological)

Interacting with

Maharashtra Pollution Control Board: MPCB

for maintaining ETP, STP, Hazardous Waste and other Environmental parameters according to norms. Successful handling of E.T.P, S.T,P & softening plant. Planning, Scheduling & Execution of all action to create Safe Working Environment Implementation of Indian Standards/Factories Act for EHS, Relevant to Textile Industries. Safety Audits, Job Safety Analysis, Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment. Conducting Fire Fighting, Emergency Preparedness and other Safety Training Programs to aware employees. Accident Data Analysis, MSDS Analysis. Monitoring the compliances of Environment, Health & Safety related statutory requirements and internal EHS standards.

Required Candidate profile

Essential Qualifications BSc /MSc, chemistry with Diploma in industrial safety Essential Experience

Monitor the job activity at the site to ensure safety compliance.
