About the internship

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Data Analysis: Utilise Python to clean, manipulate, and analyse large financial datasets to uncover market trends and anomalies.

1. Equity Research Support: Assist the investment/research team in conducting comprehensive quantitative and qualitative equity research on target sectors and companies.

1. Technical Analysis: Apply technical indicators, chart patterns, and algorithmic logic to evaluate market data, securities, and financial instruments.

1. Backtesting Strategies: Develop, test, and refine quantitative trading or investment strategies using historical financial market data.

1. Reporting & Dashboards: Create automated reports, data visualisations, and dashboards to present research findings and market insights clearly to the team.
