Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager and Business Analytics. The candidate will own financial planning and analysis, build and maintain the management reporting stack, and extract actionable insights from every platform we operate on - Shopify, Shiprocket, GoKwik, ReturnPrime, Meta Ads, and more. The person will oversee financial planning processes, perform in-depth financial analysis, and assist in developing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities also include creating financial models, managing budgeting and forecasting cycles, and providing actionable reporting to drive organizational performance. Shopify analytics - sessions, conversion rate, add-to-cart rate, abandoned cart, AOV by source, top SKUs, geography cut, device split, new vs returning customer revenue2. Shiprocket analytics - order fulfilment rate, RTO rate by geography and courier, SLA adherence, reverse logistics cost per order, courier performance benchmarking3. GoKwik analytics - COD conversion rate, RTO reduction metrics, prepaid vs COD split, buyer behaviour trends4. ReturnPrime analytics - return rate by SKU, return reason analysis, exchange vs refund split5. Meta Ads analytics - ROAS by campaign and ad set, CPM, CPC, CTR, cost per purchase, frequency, audience performance6. Marketplace analytics - Myntra / Amazon / Nykaa - GMV, returns, commission reconciliation, listing performance7. Weekly KPI dashboard - delivered every Friday covering all key metrics across all platforms8. Monthly management deck - comprehensive one-stop view for founders Metrics & Reporting1. Define, track, and own the master KPI list for the business2. Build automated or semi-automated reporting wherever possible - reduce manual effort3. Discount analysis - by type, code-wise, impact on AOV and gross margin4. Customer cohort analysis - retention by acquisition month, LTV by cohort5. Marketing efficiency - blended CAC, channel-wise CAC, ROAS trend, spend efficiency6. Inventory analytics - days of inventory remaining by SKU, sell-through rate, reorder triggers, dead stock flagging7. Returns intelligence - RTO rate, post-delivery return rate, return reason trends, geography-wise return hotspots What We Are Looking For Must have:2–4 years of experience in FP&A, business analysis, or financial analytics Prior experience at a D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brand - this is non-negotiable Hands-on working knowledge of Shopify - you must be able to pull, read, and interpret Shopify analytics independently Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets at an advanced level -pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, financial modelling Understanding of D2C metrics - CAC, LTV, ROAS, CM1/CM2/CM3, RTO rate, AOV, sell-through rate Ability to build a monthly management reporting deck from scratch - not just fill a template Strong attention to detail - numbers that don't tie are not acceptable Comfort working across multiple data sources and reconciling themSolid understanding of Finance and accounting principles to align financial practices with business objectives.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plusPrior experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role is preferred.
