About the Role
St. Mary's Rehabilitation University, Hyderabad is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive / Assistant Finance Manager to support the university's financial operations. The role involves assisting with accounting processes, financial reporting, reconciliations, documentation, compliance activities, and overall finance operations.
The candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager and the university leadership team while supporting accurate and efficient financial processes.
The role will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and provide support in financial reporting, analysis, and operational finance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily accounting and finance operations.
Support preparation of MIS reports, financial summaries, and internal reports for leadership review.
Assist in financial analysis and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Handle account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Support invoice processing, payments, and vendor coordination.
Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial documentation.
Maintain records related to transactions, receipts, and payments.
Support audit processes and ensure proper documentation.

Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related requirements.
Work closely with the Finance Manager and CEO on assigned financial activities.
Reporting Structure:
The Finance Executive / Assistant Finance Manager will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Finance Manager and the university administration team.
