About the Team

The Finance Innovation & Transformation (FIT) organization partners closely with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Technology teams to modernize financial planning, improve data transparency, and enable faster, more confident decision making across the enterprise.

FIT focuses on aligning planning processes, systems, and data to support scalable forecasting, accurate reporting, and operational excellence across Finance.

The Role

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst – Finance Systems with a strong FP&A orientation to support the accuracy, reliability, and usability of eBay’s financial planning and reporting ecosystem. This role works across Anaplan, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and automation tools to ensure that Finance stakeholders have trusted data for planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of FP&A processes and financial systems, with demonstrated strength in auditing data, reconciling variances, and resolving reporting issues across integrated platforms.

What You Will Accomplish

- Support day‑to‑day operations of FP&A‑critical systems including Anaplan, SAP S/4HANA, and SAC, ensuring stable planning and reporting cycles

- Partner closely with FP&A teams during budgeting, forecasting, and outlook cycles, supporting data readiness, validation, and issue resolution

- Assist in the design, requirements and testing of Anaplan planning models, S4 implementations, & SAC reports, documenting requirements and test scripts, and testing to ensure implementation accuracy & success
