Ensure timely completion of all finance and compliance deliverables
C. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Build and maintain financial models
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and business plans
Track company performance against targets
Analyze revenue, margins, profitability, and business KPIs
Create management dashboards and board-ready reporting
D. Insurance & Market Research
Research and analyze insurance businesses globally, including carriers, MGAs (Managing General Agents), corporate agents, brokers, embedded insurance companies, and insurtech companies

Must-Have:
2–6 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, audit, transaction advisory, or startup finance
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
Experience working with auditors, consultants, or professional service firms
Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in insurance, fintech, financial services, or startups
Experience in financial planning and budgeting
Knowledge of international business structures and regulations
Experience preparing investor or board materials
