All team members contributions have a direct correlation with the companys performance in meeting its business and financial objectives.We are hiring Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance with more than 2 years of experience for performing various financial and accounting tasks such as Accounting, Budgeting, Balance Sheet, Payments, Invoices, Taxation & Regulatory Compliance Requirements for USA based businesses.Job Location:
- Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)Shift Timings:
- 3pm to 12am
- Monday to Friday

- Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain records of vendor transactions and ensure timely payments. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for payment processing
- Generate and issue invoices or Purchase Order to internal or external customersBusiness Operations
- Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Payroll Processing
- Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets and cost control measuresSkills Required:
- Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA Finance or any similar degree with atleast 3 years of work experience
- Knowledge of Tally or QuickBooks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
