Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth across Mumbai by identifying, prioritizing, and visiting target gyms and fitness centres across key areas.
- Build and manage a pipeline from lead generation to closure, onboarding, and readiness to accept users.
- Coordinate all onboarding requirements, including gym categorization, staff contacts, photoshoots, or virtual tours, before making gyms live on the platform.
- Engage with gym owners, managers, and stakeholders to build long-term partnerships and trust.
- Own city-level operations by resolving partner issues, managing ongoing requests, and maintaining partner health across live branches.
- Execute platform updates and ensure smooth integration of new features within existing systems.

- 0–1+ years of experience in partnerships, field sales, operations, or similar external-facing roles; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Comfort with daily travel across Mumbai and ability to work effectively in a field-heavy environment.
- Strong communication skills with confidence to engage owners, managers, and front-desk teams.
- Ability to manage new partnerships while supporting existing partners for smooth operations.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM tools, and basic reporting systems.
