This is a field-intensive role involving daily travel across hospitals in Delhi NCR. Key Responsibilities: Conduct post-surgery visits to patients across hospitals and assess their recovery progress. Monitor vitals, wound healing, and overall condition, escalating concerns to doctors when necessary. Educate patients and caregivers on medication, hygiene, and post-operative care instructions. Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff to ensure seamless and continuous care. Represent HexaHealth with professionalism and empathy during all patient and hospital interactions. Maintain accurate patient records and submit timely digital reports to the internal team. Travel daily across multiple hospitals; Saturdays and Sundays are high-activity days with rotational weekly offs.
