About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned villages to generate leads for Foundation, JEE, NEET, and other programs.

1. Visit local schools, colleges, Sarpanch/Panchayat members, and key influencers to secure permissions and conduct awareness sessions.

1. Distribute promotional materials (brochures, flyers, scholarship forms) and explain Potencia's offerings, scholarships, and success stories.

1. Collect accurate student/parent data (name, class, contact, interest level) and enter into CRM daily.

1. Organize small group meetings, career counseling sessions, and invite parents/students for scholarship tests & demo classes.

1. Follow up with leads via phone/WhatsApp and coordinate branch visits.

1. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for leads generated and conversions.

1. Provide on-ground feedback about competitor activities and village-specific requirements.

1. Maintain professionalism and ethical standards during all interactions.
