The Field Application Specialist for Upstream & Cell Culture will provide technical expertise and application support for Cytiva’s upstream bioprocessing portfolio, including cell culture media, bioreactors, and associated solutions. This role partners closely with sales, customers, and internal teams to drive solution adoption, ensure customer success, and accelerate growth in the biopharma segment. is responsible for [insert a couple of sentences of the responsibilities for this job that drive significant impact to the organization.

This position reports to the Upstream and Cell Culture Sales Specialist Leader and is part of the BioProcess Commercial Organization located in Hyderabad and will be working remotely to cover the assigned region. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

Customer Engagement & Technical Support: Act as the technical expert for upstream and cell culture products. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers in biopharma, biotech, and research organizations. Deliver product demonstrations, process optimization guidance, and troubleshooting support.
