Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common business software, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Ability to understand and work with AR/VR hardware and software ecosystems; prior experience is preferred, though training will be provided.
Basic understanding of networking, internet configuration, and email setup.
Familiarity with remote support tools such as AnyDesk and TeamViewer.
Comfortable setting up and testing simulation environments and ensuring software stability after installation.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

B.E., B.Tech, or diploma in computer science, IT, electronics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
