About the internship

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser intern to plan and implement strategies that drive brand growth. The role involves managing jewelry merchandising, analyzing market trends, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring optimal stock and work with cross functional team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

• Assist in Planning and executing merchandising strategies for jewellery collections

• Curate product assortments based on trends, seasons, and customer preferences

• Coordinate with designers, karigars (craftsmen), and suppliers for product development

• Monitor stock levels, fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs

• Analyze sales data and recommend pricing, promotions, and assortment changes

• Work closely with marketing teams for campaigns, launches, and festive collections
