Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop seasonal and capsule fashion collections

1. Create original sketches, mood boards, and design concepts

1. Research global fashion trends, fabrics, colours, and silhouettes

1. Collaborate with tailors, karigars, and production teams to ensure design execution and quality standards

1. Source fabrics, trims, and embellishments aligned with luxury collections

1. Conduct fittings and oversee garment construction and finishing

1. Ensure collections align with the Ravissant aesthetic and overall brand identity

1. Assist in styling, photoshoots, exhibitions, and fashion presentations when required

1. Maintain design documentation and manage production timelines

Other requirements

1. Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field

1. 0–2 years of experience in fashion, couture, or luxury design preferred

1. Strong sketching skills and creative visualisation ability

1. Good understanding of garment construction, textiles, and luxury finishing techniques
