About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a premium customer experience across the studio and online channels (calls, emails, and chats).
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products using strong product knowledge and styling expertise.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, feedback, complaints, and service coordination accurately.
- Manage studio presentation, visual merchandising, and guest readiness in line with brand standards.
- Support billing, order fulfillment, and coordination with backend and customer experience teams.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat engagement and gather customer feedback.
- Maintain customer records, POS updates, profiles, and basic inventory coordination.

Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Interpersonal skills MS-Excel
Other requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or customer experience roles (freshers are welcome).
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Genuine interest in fashion, design, lifestyle, or premium brands.
- Comfortable handling both in-person and online customer interactions.
- Willingness to learn products, systems, and customer service best practices.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
