About the job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mathematics Faculty member to train students preparing for GMAT, GRE, and SAT examinations. The ideal candidate should possess strong quantitative aptitude, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts for students from diverse academic backgrounds. Work mode: OFFLINE ROLE (Based in Bangalore) Location: Indiranagar, Jayanagar (3 DAYS EACH)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and/or online training sessions for GMAT, GRE, and SAT Quantitative sections.
- Provide personalized mentoring and performance improvement strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and test-taking strategies.
- Analyze student progress and maintain performance reports.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum and learning outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong command of mathematics and quantitative reasoning concepts.
- Prior teaching, tutoring, or training experience for GMAT, GRE, SAT, CAT, or similar competitive exams preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students with varying skill levels.
- Proficiency in both online and offline teaching methodologies.
Work schedule: 6 days a week. Saturdays and Sundays working. Any one weekday is the fixed week off day. Timings: 9 hrs on weekdays and 10 hrs on weekends.
