Key responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
Develop campaign strategies aligned with business goals.
Set up and manage campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
Conduct audience research and build custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
Performance Optimization
Monitor campaign performance daily.
Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as:
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
CPL (Cost Per Lead)
CTR (Click-Through Rate)
Conversion Rate
Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences.
Creative & Content Coordination
Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators.
Develop ad copies, headlines, and call-to-actions.
Recommend creative improvements based on campaign performance.
Analytics & Reporting
Analyze campaign data using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for growth.
Pixel & Tracking Management
Implement and manage Meta Pixel.
Set up conversion tracking and events.
Monitor attribution and campaign measurement.
Budget Management
Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
