Role DescriptionJob TitleExport Merchandiser WovenEvolv Clothing is looking for a skilled and proactive Export Merchandiser with strong experience in woven garments. The ideal candidate will manage the complete merchandising cycle from product development to shipment, coordinate with buyers and internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of orders while maintaining quality, costing, and delivery commitments.Key ResponsibilitiesMerchandising & Order Management
- Handle the complete merchandising process from inquiry to final shipment.
- Coordinate with sourcing, production, quality, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare order confirmations with buyers.
- Follow up with factories, vendors, and mills to ensure production timelines are met.
- Monitor T&A (Time & Action) calendar, approvals, and shipment schedules.
- Ensure all products meet buyer specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements.Product Development
- Manage end-to-end product development for woven garments from sampling to bulk production.
- Coordinate with design, sampling, sourcing, and production teams to meet development timelines.
- Communicate with buyers regarding sample approvals, revisions, and development updates.
- Ensure fabrics, trims, and accessories meet buyer specifications and quality expectations.
- Maintain tech packs, sample tracking, and development documentation.
Buyer Coordination
- Act as the key point of contact for buyers for order updates and development progress.
