Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in coordinating and executing export shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.

1. Communicate with international clients to provide updates on order status and resolve any issues that may arise.

1. Prepare and maintain all necessary export documentation to comply with regulations and ensure smooth customs clearance.

1. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize export processes and improve efficiency.

1. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.

1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to expand our export reach.

1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our products and services to international markets.

1. Bachelor's degree in international business, logistics & supply chain, commerce (B.Com/BBA), or a relevant diploma qualification.

1. Certification or diploma in export-import (EXIM) management is preferred.

1. Strong interest in the perishables, cold-chain, and export-import industry.

1. Fluency in regional languages for effective coordination with transporters and port personnel.
