- We are seeking a seasoned Senior K2 Developer to join our delivery team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize complex K2-based solutions, lead technical discussions with customers and teammates, and drive best practices in coding, testing, and release management. This role combines hands-on development with collaboration, mentorship, and process adherence.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers and team members to discuss requirements and design robust K2-based solutions.
Provide accurate effort estimates for requirements and clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Deliver individual contributions while actively supporting team objectives and project milestones.
Review code, establish coding standards, and ensure quality deliverables.
Share knowledge through virtual sessions and team forums.
Adhere to project timelines and change management processes to ensure compliant releases.
When working from home, align with shift schedules, maintain proper work logs, and present professionally.
Mentor junior team members to facilitate knowledge transfer and growth in technology expertise.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred: Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field).
Technical Skills (Must-Have)
6–10 years of hands-on experience designing and developing applications using Nintex K2 Five.
