Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Experienced Real Estate Sales Associates based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. In this position, you will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, lead follow-up, property showings, negotiations, and closing transactions. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, provide expert guidance on property options, and support clients through documentation, financing coordination, and compliance requirements. The role involves conducting market research, staying up to date on local property trends and pricing, preparing listings and marketing materials, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service. You will be expected to meet sales targets, maintain accurate records of all interactions and deals, and represent Square Realty professionally at site visits, meetings, and client events.Qualifications
- Must have experience selling commercial real estate in Delhi / NCR
- Proven experience as a real estate sales associate or agent, ideally in residential, commercial, or luxury property segments.
- Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of local real estate regulations, documentation, and transaction processes in Gautam Buddha Nagar or nearby markets.
- Comfort with real estate CRM tools, online listing platforms, and basic digital marketing practices to promote properties.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple leads and properties simultaneously, and maintain detailed, accurate records.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
