Children learn in a relaxed, supportive environment that encourages self-exploration, self-expression, and discovery. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Experienced Preschool Teacher. The teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the IPC framework, focusing on holistic child development. Daily responsibilities include creating engaging learning activities, guiding children through structured and play-based learning, and monitoring their progress in social, emotional, physical, and cognitive domains. The teacher will maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment, manage routines, and support children with positive behavior strategies. The role also involves regular communication with families, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum implementation, participating in school events and trainings, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and experience working in preschool or kindergarten settings.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development, preferably aligned with international or IPC frameworks.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues in a clear and respectful manner.
- Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports play-based, inquiry-led learning.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated classroom management skills and a patient, empathetic approach to working with young children.
- Comfort with observation, assessment, and documentation of childrens learning and development.
- Open to ongoing professional development and alignment with the schools philosophy and curriculum standards.
Salary: Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 30,000 per month
