- Internal Proposals coordinator for Honeywell Technologies UOP India sales team.
- Responsible for tracking and downloading the RFQ/ tender documents/ corrigenda from the etender web portals and sharing with the sales account teams.
- Check and prepare the tender pre-requisite documentation, track and chase approvals in LEAP/ emails and get the declarations signed before bid submission date.
- Support the sales team members in any other requirements regarding bid submission.
- Take lead role in organizing UOP seminars, workshops, conferences on new technology & catalyst, etc. Support the teams with registration for industry conferences, etc.
- Work with Honeywell Technologies Customer care team and treasury team to get the bank guarantees, SBLC issued as per need and on time. Should be able to get these EMD’s, PBG’s, ABG’s issued for UOP Sales teams as per requirements and should develop skills to work independently with treasury and global customer care teams.
- Collate data for WHT tax order application from UOP Sales & Service Managers and coordinate with Fin/ credit collection group for getting the same.
- File the Sales orders in Salesforce and understand the basic functioning of salesforce.
- Work with GCC/ CX/ Logistics team for seamless order execution and keep a track of orders in execution. Highlight and challenges foreseen in order execution to the respective sales account managers.
- Work with legal teams to get agreements executed at UOP side.
- Support the sales teams with their travel plannings and any urgent change of plans.
