As an Executive - Sales (Reservations) at StayVista, you will be responsible for presenting product offerings, negotiating accommodation rates, and closing deals. You will also focus on maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients while working towards achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services such as Food and Beverages or events to maximize revenue and enhance the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about available properties and services.
- Assist guests in making reservations via calls, email, or website.
- Process payments and confirm reservations.
- Upsell additional services and F&B to increase revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions in the company database.
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Support Owner and Guest Management tasks as required by organizational needs.
- HSC is mandatory, along with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or Graduate freshers are welcome.
Bonus Points: These are non-essential but an added advantage.
