Executive - Safety - PAN INDIA

Qualifications: Diploma in Industrial safety recognized by State Board of Technical Education and Training or DGFASLI.

Previous Experience: 1-6 years of relevant experience.

Business Responibilities:

A. Training and Employee Engagement:

1. Conduct safety induction for new employees and contractors

1. Organize periodic safety training, mock drills, and toolbox talks

1. Attend safety meetings in the plant and closing safety points of such meetings.

1. Promote safety awareness through signage, literature, and campaigns

B. Safety Audits and Inspections

1. Participate in internal and external safety audits; ensure CAPA implementation

1. Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA)

1. Monitor contractor safety performance and compliance

1. Inspect all safety equipment and maintain them in good manner

C. Safety and Fire & Emergency Preparedness

1. Ensure good health of safety guards, safety interlocks, hand tools and power tools in the plant

1. Ensure 100% compliance with work permit system and safe isolation procedure

1. Ensure compliance with fire risk assessments and emergency response plans.
