The work environment values professionalism, integrity, and long-term business relationships.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Personal Assistant role based in Mumbai. The Executive Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and appointments. The role involves handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, preparing reports, presentations, and documents, and maintaining organized filing (digital and physical) for easy access to information. The individual will assist in planning and coordinating internal and external meetings, track follow-ups and action items, and ensure the executive is prepared with relevant materials and briefings. The role may also include handling personal tasks and errands for the executive, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations as needed.Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance skills, including coordination of personal and professional tasks, handling confidential information, and managing errands and follow-ups.
- Proven Executive Administrative Assistance experience, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations, managing meeting logistics, and supporting senior leadership.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, with clear written and verbal communication in professional settings.
- Effective Diary Management skills, including calendar management, scheduling, prioritizing appointments, and aligning daily schedules with organizational priorities.
- Solid Clerical Skills, such as document handling, filing, data entry, record maintenance, and proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools; familiarity with collaboration platforms (e.g., email clients, messaging tools, calendars) is beneficial.
- Prior experience supporting senior executives or business owners, preferably in a manufacturing, FMCG, or related industry, is an advantage.
