EXECUTIVE N - ADHESIVE TECHNOLOGIST

Key Responsibilities

• Track and support resolution of key product complaints; coordinate with R&T and field teams for root cause closure
• Visit sites and interact with contractors/influencers to capture application issues, feedback, and competitor practices
• Execute and monitor new product trials across markets; ensure proper application and structured feedback
• Provide basic product and application support to field teams and assist in troubleshooting
• Share regular market insights and patterns with central teams to drive product improvements
• Support rollout of new products and key technical initiatives

Scope

• Base Location: HO / Central Team
• Travel: High (pan-India market visits)
• Interfaces: Sales, Brand, R&T, Contractors/Customers

Candidate Profile

• Degree/Diploma in Chemistry, Civil, or related field
• 2–5 years experience in adhesives / construction chemicals / paints
• Strong technical understanding with hands-on, execution-oriented approach
• Good problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
