Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute vernacular influencer and creator campaigns in Tamil across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. Identify, onboard, and manage Tamil-speaking creators and influencers relevant to the target audience Manage end-to-end creator campaigns from creator sourcing and briefing to content approvals and post-campaign reporting Drive performance-oriented content, focusing on metrics such as views, engagement, and content scalability Track social media trends and quickly replicate them with regional creators Adapt high-performing Hindi or English content into Tamil Build and manage a strong network of Tamil creators Stay updated with regional social media trends, formats, and creator ecosystems in Tamil speaking markets .Qualifications and Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media campaigns, or as a content creator
- Fluency in Tamil (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video ecosystems
- Familiarity with performance-driven content formats and viral social media trends
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment while coordinating with central teams
- Experience in beauty, personal care, or D2C brands is a plus.
