Key responsibilities:
To manage and execute end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate time office management, and efficient handling of employee lifecycle activities.
Onboarding & Induction
Manage joining formalities and documentation for new employees
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process
Coordinate with departments for joining readiness
🔹 Time Office & Attendance Management
Handle attendance, shift scheduling, and leave records
Monitor biometric systems and time office compliance
Support payroll inputs related to attendance & leave data
🔹 Employee Lifecycle Management
Maintain employee records from joining to exit
