Profile OverviewThe Executive - Business Development Management will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and supporting the overall growth strategy of Tikitoros personal care brand. This role requires a proactive individual who can work across departments to implement strategies that enhance the brand's market presence and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:Vendor Identification, Management & Performance:Identify and engage with potential vendors, suppliers, and partners to expand the brand's supply chain.Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key vendors.Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.Payment and Invoice Management & Repository:Ensure timely and accurate management of vendor invoices.Maintain an organized and accessible repository for all invoices and financial documentation.Cross-check invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts to ensure accuracy.
- Oversee the management and organization of credit card payment invoices and receipts.
- Maintain a secure and well-structured digital repository for easy retrieval and tracking.
- Handle and process refund requests from customers in coordination with the customer service team.
- Ensure compliance with refund policies and effective communication with customers regarding the status of their refunds.
Website Maintenance & Management:Regularly update the company website with new products, promotions, and content.Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website runs smoothly and efficiently.Monitor website performance and user experience, addressing issues as they arise.Software Onboarding Process:Support the onboarding process for any new business-related software, tools, or systems.Coordinate training and ensure that relevant teams are familiar with the new software to optimize its use.Supporting Customer Service:Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless customer experiences and timely resolution of issues.Provide support in handling escalations and complex customer queries.Exhibitions / Events:Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.Ensure brand representation at key industry events, including booth setup, logistics, and post-event follow-up.Public Relations (PR):Support PR efforts by liaising with media outlets and influencers.Help coordinate product launches, media events, and PR campaigns to enhance the brand's visibility.Onboarding New Marketplaces:Identify and evaluate new e-commerce marketplaces to expand the brands online presence.Coordinate the onboarding process for new marketplaces, ensuring all product listings, marketing materials, and payment methods are integrated efficiently. Required Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
