Role Overview: Responsible for managing end-to-end tendering activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, ensuring timely submission, compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Handle complete tender lifecycle on the GeM portal (search, analysis, participation, submission, follow-up). Regularly monitor the GeM portal for relevant tenders and opportunities. Prepare and submit bids in compliance with tender requirements and deadlines. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, technical) for documentation and pricing inputs. Ensure all documentation (technical & commercial) is accurate and submitted as per guidelines. Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, and outcomes for tracking and reporting. Manage vendor registration, product listing, and catalog updates on the GeM portal. Follow up with authorities for bid status, clarifications, and order finalization. Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and procedures. Handle post-order activities like order acceptance, invoicing coordination, and delivery tracking. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience working on GeM portal and government tenders is mandatory. Strong understanding of tender documentation and bidding process. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and documentation handling. Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong coordination and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). 1-2 years of experience in tender management / government sales.
