Job Title: ExecutiveLocation: DelhiExperience: 0-3 years Role OverviewThe role focuses on driving financial resource mobilization through sponsorship acquisition, delegate engagement, and membership development, while supporting the planning and execution of industry-focused events and policy research initiatives.Key Responsibilities
- Lead efforts in revenue generation through sponsorships, delegate acquisition, and membership drives.
- Plan, manage, and execute events, conferences, conclaves, and webinars centered on developments in:
- Companies Act and Rules
- Corporate Governance
- SEBI Regulations
- Competition Act
- Other relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks impacting industry performance
- Develop and curate high-quality content, including research papers, reports, and supporting collateral.
- Conduct policy research by identifying key industry issues through stakeholder interactions, meetings, and conferences.
- Engage and liaise with stakeholders, including industry leaders, government bodies, and professional institutions to:
- Promote participation
- Drive delegate registration
- Undertake tele-marketing initiatives
- Secure sponsorships
- Oversee event logistics and coordination, ensuring seamless execution.
- Draft and present industry recommendations and policy inputs to regulators and policymakers.Qualification
- MBA (Marketing and/or Finance), PGDM, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior exposure to business development, preferably within the event management industry, is desirable.Experience
- Freshers with high motivation and the ability to thrive in dynamic and demanding environments are encouraged to apply.
- Working knowledge of corporate laws is essential.
- Understanding of event planning and coordination, including:
- Fundraising and sponsorship management
- Delegate acquisition
- Vendor coordination
- Meeting documentation and reporting
- Exposure to organizing training programs, legal events, or professional conferences will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and desktop research is required.Key Skills
