- Provide Navigation Support to the Travelers and Travel Arrangers on all Online Booking Tools (HRG Online, KDS Neo, concur etc.)
- Assist for issues related to Online booking tool and Profile related queries, bookings and cancellations through Navigation calls and Emails.
- Support online bookings in case manual intervention is required through GDS - rejected by compleat tool, schedule change, vendor remarks, invoicing etc.
- Making outbound calls to vendors and customers as required
- Must adhere to process metrics – TSF and Accuracy
- Ensure optimum customer service through effective use of the OBT, CRS, Email Service techniques, respond to special customer requests added in the bookings made on-line and maintain excellent client relations.
- The candidate would be required to consistently understand and exceed customer’s requirements whilst always ensuring effective team- work.
- To accomplish any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Supervisor to help to identify inefficiencies to the process and assist to drive process improvements activities.
