- Handle policy servicing requests, including policy amendments, endorsements, address/contact updates, nominee changes, premium-related queries, and policy reinstatements.
- Process policy-related transactions accurately and within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or written correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards.
- Verify customer documentation and maintain accurate policy records.
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, finance, sales, and other internal teams to resolve customer requests efficiently.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues or exceptions to the appropriate stakeholders.
