This is a high-trust, dual-mandate role designed for an early-career professional who is ready to operate at the center of a fast-scaling B2B tech company. You will work directly with the CxOs supporting active customer engagements on one side and managing the CEO's time, schedule, and operational cadence on the other.
If you are analytical, proactive, and thrive in a high-ownership environment, this role offers rare exposure to how a technology business is built and operated at the leadership level.
Key Responsibilities
A. Customer Engagement Support
- Coordinate and prepare materials for CxO-led client meetings, quarterly business reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Track action items, follow-ups, and commitments arising from client interactions.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client commitments.
- Draft client-facing communications, proposals, and summary notes as required.
- Maintain accurate records of key accounts and engagement history.
B. Executive Administration CEO Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling, prioritization, and conflict resolution.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
- Prepare briefing documents, agendas, and pre-read materials for meetings.
- Manage correspondence, follow-ups, and prioritize incoming communications.
- Coordinate across leadership and internal teams to ensure execution of decisions.
- Handle expense tracking, reporting, and administrative documentation.
