About the RoleAs an Executive Assistant, you will support leadership with day-to-day coordination, communication, follow-ups, scheduling, documentation, and administrative execution. The ideal candidate should be polished, detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, professional in communication, and capable of managing multiple priorities with maturity and discretion.This role is best suited for someone who enjoys ownership, structure, people coordination, and working in an environment where every day brings meaningful work.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Executive Assistant will be responsible for: Managing calendars, meetings, appointments, reminders, and daily schedules Coordinating directly with internal teams, school staff, vendors, parents, and external stakeholders Preparing reports, presentations, documents, minutes of meetings, and follow-up notes Tracking tasks, deadlines, commitments, and pending action items Supporting administrative, operational, and leadership-level work Handling communication on behalf of leadership where required Organizing meetings, school events, reviews, visits, and leadership interactions Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive school, parent, staff, and management information Assisting in planning, execution, and follow-up of key school initiatives Ensuring smooth coordination between departments and timely completion of assigned work Bringing structure, discipline, and clarity to daily operations
Who Were Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is: Highly organized and disciplined Excellent in written and spoken English Confident in communication and coordination Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, email, calendars, and basic digital tools Professional, reliable, and discreet Good at follow-ups and task tracking Able to multitask without losing attention to detail Presentable, mature, and solution-oriented Comfortable working in a school environment Passionate about contributing to education and institution-buildingPrior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Admin Coordinator, Office Manager, School Administrator, Principals Office Coordinator, Front Office Lead, or Management Assistant will be preferred.Experience in the education sector, school administration, preschool, K-12 school, edtech, or service industry will be an added advantage.
