Role Overview
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the SVP, Value Enablement & Optimization serves as a strategic partner and force multiplier to the executive, enabling effectiveness across a complex, global, and high-growth function. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—acting as a central orchestrator of executive priorities, operating rhythm, and stakeholder engagement across Services, Core, and CNPF businesses. ________
Key Responsibilities
Executive Operations & Prioritization
Manage end-to-end executive calendar with a strong focus on priority alignment, time optimization, and strategic focus
Proactively anticipate conflicts, trade-offs, and shifting priorities across global stakeholders
Exposure to strategy, operations, or program-driven environments preferred
