Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Strategy: Support executive planning, prepare decks, and drive clear decision-making.
Marketing: Assist with campaigns, brand communication, and content coordination.
Stakeholder management: Keep clients, partners, and teams aligned and in sync at all times.
People management: Coordinate onboarding, check-ins, and culture-building activities.
What you'll do:
Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and priority communications.
Prepare strategy decks, meeting notes, and action trackers.
Coordinate marketing briefs and campaign tracking.
Bridge communication between leadership and stakeholders.
Run people operations, including onboarding, check-ins, and culture initiatives.
Track projects and proactively identify and flag blockers.
Own and execute boardroom-level special projects.
Demonstrate proactive energy and take ownership without requiring constant follow-up.
