About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Managing calendars, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for senior leadership.

1. Taking meeting notes and maintaining action-item trackers.

1. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

1. Conducting online research and preparing reports, presentations, and summaries.

1. Maintaining documentation, SOPs, trackers, and operational records.

1. Assisting in project management activities and monitoring deadlines.

1. Supporting leadership with business operations, client communication, and administrative tasks.

1. Leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity tools to improve efficiency and automate workflows.

1. Following up with stakeholders and ensuring smooth communication across teams.

1. Identifying process improvement opportunities and helping implement them.
