Our expertise spans across event production, brand activation, digital marketing, and strategic promotional campaigns that captivate and engage audiences in impactful ways.Role Overview:The Event Production Manager will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and management of live events, including movie premieres, promotional events, corporate functions, and large-scale experiential campaigns. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of event production, from concept to completion, ensuring that every event aligns with the client's goals and is executed seamlessly.Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Coordination:
- Collaborate with clients and the creative team to understand event objectives and vision.
- Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify and source appropriate venues, vendors, and service providers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that all marketing, technical, and logistical requirements are met.
- Production Management:
- Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring smooth operations throughout.
- Manage technical production, including AV, lighting, sound, and special effects.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the production process, ensuring timely solutions.
- Vendor & Supplier Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, review quotes, and ensure high-quality service delivery from third-party vendors.
- Coordinate and manage vendor schedules, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to cost constraints and client expectations.
- Track spending and find cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of quality.
- On-Site Event Management:
- Lead on-site event production teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination among staff.
- Oversee the execution of all event components, including branding, staging, and entertainment, in line with the event vision.
- Address any logistical or technical issues in real-time to ensure a flawless event experience.
- Post-Event Reporting & Evaluation:
