Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, organize, and execute startup events, workshops, networking sessions, competitions, and conferences.

1. Develop event concepts, timelines, budgets, and execution strategies.

1. Coordinate with speakers, mentors, sponsors, vendors, and venue partners.

1. Manage event logistics, registrations, and attendee engagement.

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events across digital platforms.

1. Oversee on-site event operations and ensure seamless execution.

1. Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports and feedback analysis.

1. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
