Are you a dynamic and creative individual with a passion for event management? We at Evergreen House - coworking and managed workspaces + Love Ooru (Events and F&B space) is seeking an Event Management Specialist to join our team! As a key member of our organisation, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in event planning and coordination. If you have experience in Event Management, content creation, social media engagement, design skills, stakeholder (founders/co-founders) and vendor management we want to hear from you!
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute engaging events for our members and external clients.
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of each event.
- Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Design and assist with promotional materials using Canva and Adobe InDesign to market events.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure seamless event operations.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Collect feedback and analyse data to continuously improve our event offerings.
- Have social media management skills, content creation, etc.
