Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate, and execute events hosted by The Decor Cycle.

1. Manage teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

1. Develop creative event concepts and themes aligned with the brand's vision and objectives.

1. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure quality services and favorable commercial terms.

1. Monitor event budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to achieve financial objectives.

1. Resolve event-related issues and challenges efficiently and professionally.

1. Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
