About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

Event Management & Operations

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events, competitions, and activations.

• Coordinate with participants, parents, vendors, venues, and partners.

• Support event registrations, confirmations, and participant onboarding.

• Assist in event logistics, scheduling, and operational planning.

• Manage participant databases and event records.

• Support on-ground event setup, execution, and post-event activities.

• Customer Communication

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to participants and parents.

• Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp chats, calls, and emails.

• Explain event details, participation process, schedules, and guidelines.

• Follow up with registered participants and interested leads.

• Ensure timely resolution of basic customer queries.

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.

-Assist in creating content for social media platforms and event promotions.

-Capture photos and videos during events, activations, and competitions.

-Support the team in creating behind-the-scenes content, reels, and event highlights.

Coordinate with the marketing team for content requirements and event coverage.
